欢迎阅读南京爱福路汽车科技有限公司（以下简称“我们”）的《F6 用户服务协议》(下称“本协议”)。本协议适用于您使用我们旗下“F6”（包括但不限于“F6 ”APP端）所提供的软硬件产品和服务。 Welcome to read the “F6 User Service Agreement” (hereinafter referred to as “this Agreement”) of F6 Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “our” or “us”).   • F6：指F6（域名为m-thai.f6car.com）网站及F6 APP。
  • F6服务提供者：指F6的网络及软件技术服务提供者南京爱福路汽车科技有限公司。
  • 个人信息：指以电子或者其他方式记录的能够单独或者与其他信息结合识别特定自然人身份或者反映特定自然人活动情况的各种信息。
  • 个人敏感信息：指包括身份证件号码、个人生物识别信息、银行账号、财产信息、行踪轨迹、交易信息、14岁以下（含）儿童信息等的个人信息。
  • 个人信息删除：指在实现日常业务功能所涉及的系统中去除个人信息的行为，使其保持不可被检索、访问的状态。
  • 除另有约定外，本政策所用定义与《隐私政策》中的定义具有相同的涵义。
  • F6 refers to the F6 (domain name is m-thai.f6car.com) website and F6 APP
  • F6 Service Provider: refers to F6 Automotive Technology Co., Ltd., the network and software technology service provider of F6.
  • Personal information: refers to information recorded electronically or otherwise that can be used alone or combined with other information that identifies the identity of a specific natural person or reflects the activities of a specific natural person.
  • Sensitive personal information: refers to personal information including identity document number, personal biometric information, bank account number, property information, whereabouts, transaction information, information of children under 14 years old (inclusive), etc.
  • Personal information deletion: refers to the act of removing personal information from systems involved in implementing daily business functions so that it remains in a state that cannot be retrieved or accessed.
  • Unless otherwise agreed, the definitions used in this Agreement have the same meanings as in the Privacy Policy.

2.1 您同意并点击确认本协议条款并完成注册程序后，经我们审核通过，才能成为F6 的正式注册用户，并享受各类服务。 2.1. 2.2 根据国家法律法规变化及F6运营需要，我们有权对本协议条款不时进行修改，修改后的协议一经发布并经您确认同意后即刻生效，并代替原来的协议。变更后的协议和规则一经公布后，立即或在公告明确的特定时间自动生效。若您在前述变更公告后继续使用F6服务的，即表示您已经阅读、理解并接受经修订的协议和规则。您若不同意更新后的协议，则将不能享受我们依据本协议提供的各项商品或服务。 2.2. We have the right to modify the terms of this Agreement from time to time in accordance with changes in national laws and regulations and the operational needs of F6 . The modified Agreement will take effect immediately upon publication and confirmation by you and will replace the original Agreement. Once the modified Agreement and rules are announced, they will automatically take effect immediately or at a specific time specified in the announcement. If you continue to use the F6 service after the aforementioned change announcement, it means that you have read, understood and accepted the revised Agreement and rules. 2.3 本协议包括协议正文、法律声明及所有我们已经发布的，或未来可能发布或更新的各类相关规则、公告或通知。所有规则为本协议不可分割的组成部分，与本协议正文具有同等法律效力。 2.3. This Agreement includes the main text of the Agreement and all relevant rules, announcements, or notices that we have published or may publish or update in the future. 2.5 您点击同意本协议后，即视为您确认自己具有开展相关交易的权利能力和行为能力，能够独立承担法律责任。 2.5.   • 3.2.1 You will only become our F6 registered user when you submit your registration application in accordance with our requirements.

  • 3.2.2 After you officially become a registered user of F6, we will open an account for you as your unique identity for using F6 services. The ownership of the account belongs to us, and you only have the right to use it. When logging in to your account, you can use your Google or Facebook account to log in. To protect your rights and interests, please keep the account and password of the joint login properly and do not tell your password to others. All losses caused by improper password storage will be borne by you.

  • 3.3.1 We only allow each user to use one F6 account. If there is evidence or we have reason to believe that you have multiple F6 accounts, we have the right to freeze or close the account, cancel the order, refuse to provide services, etc. If you cause losses to us, you shall also bear the liability for compensation.

  • 3.3.2 You have the rights and assume the responsibilities for the activities, behaviors and events conducted through your account in accordance with the law, and you may not transfer your account in any form, authorize others to use your account, or trade your account with others.

  • 3.3.3 鉴于网络服务的特殊性，我们无义务审核是否是您本人使用该账户，仅审核登录账号是否与数据库中保存的一致，任何人只要使用的账号与数据库中保存的一致，即可凭借该账号登陆并获得F6 所提供的各类服务，所以即使您认为您的账户登陆行为并非您本人所为，我们将不承担因此而产生的任何责任。
  • 3.3.3 In view of the particularity of network services, we have no obligation to verify whether you are the one using the user name and password. We only verify whether the user name and password are consistent with those stored in the database. Anyone who enters a user name and password that is consistent with those stored in the database can log in with the user name and password and obtain various services provided by F6 Therefore, even if you believe that your account login behavior is not done by you, we will not bear any responsibility arising from it.

4.2 通过F6查询到的养护资料信息仅供参考，如果造成损失我们不做任何赔偿和售后。请先确认是否和原厂信息一直在进行安装操作。 4.2. The maintenance information queried through F6 is for reference only. If any loss is caused, we will not provide any compensation or after-sales service. 您保证在使用F6 产品服务过程中遵守法律法规、不违背社会公德及遵守诚实信用原则，不扰乱F6 平台运行的正常秩序，因此您将不会实施以下任一行为： You guarantee that you will abide by laws and regulations, not violate social ethics and the principle of honesty and trustworthiness when purchasing products on F6 , and will not disrupt the normal order of transactions on the F6 platform. 11 适用的法律和管辖权 11 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction 11 กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับและเขตอํานาจศาล

本协议之效力、解释、变更、执行与争议解决均适用中华人民共和国法律。因本协议产生的争议，则双方应首先通过友好协商方式解决，协商不成，则依照中华人民共和国法律予以处理，并由南京爱福路汽车科技有限公司住所地人民法院或被告住所地法院管辖。 The validity, interpretation, modification, execution and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be subject to the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be resolved by both parties through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, it shall be handled in accordance with the laws of Thailand and shall be under the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand. ผล การตีความการแสดงเจตนา เปลี่ยนแปลง จัดการและการระงับข้อโต้แย้งของข้อตกลงนี้จะอยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายของประเทศไทย ข้อโต้แย้งที่เกิดจากข้อตกลงนี้ ทั้งสองฝ่ายควรยุติเรื่องนี้ผ่านการปรึกษาหารืออย่างเป็นมิตรก่อน หากปรึกษาหารือล้มเหลว ให้ดําเนินการตามกฎหมายของประเทศไทย และอยู่ภายใต้เขตอำนาจศาลของประเทศไทย

12 其他 12 Others 12 ข้ออื่นๆ

12.1 F6 尊重用户的合法权利，本协议及F6 上发布的各类规则、声明等其他内容，均是为了更好的、更加便利的为用户和消费者提供服务。F6 欢迎用户和社会各界提出意见和建议，F6将虚心接受并适时修改本协议及F6 上的各类规则。 12.1 F6 respects the legal rights of users. This Agreement and various rules, statements and other contents published on F6 are all for providing better and more convenient services to users and consumers. F6 welcomes comments and suggestions from users and all walks of life. F6 will humbly accept and modify this Agreement and various rules on F6 in a timely manner. 12.1 F6 เคารพสิทธิตามกฎหมายของผู้ใช้ ข้อตกลงนี้ กฎเกณฑ์ต่างๆ คำชี้แจง และเนื้อหาอื่นๆ ที่เผยแพร่บน F6 ล้วนมีขึ้นเพื่อมอบบริการที่ดีขึ้นและสะดวกยิ่งขึ้นให้กับผู้ใช้และผู้บริโภค F6 ยินดีรับความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะจากผู้ใช้และทุกสาขาอาชีพ F6 จะยอมรับและแก้ไขข้อตกลงนี้และกฎเกณฑ์ต่างๆ บน F6 อย่างถ่อมตัวในเวลาที่เหมาะสม 12.2 本协议以英文、泰文和中文书写。如果本协议的英文版本、泰文版本和中文版本之间存在冲突，应以英文版本为准，我们将修改本协议的泰文版本或中文版本（如适用），以与本协议的英文版本保持一致。 12.2 This Agreement is written in English, Thai and Chinese languages.
