F6 Workshop is the software and hardware product, transaction and service for workshop management provided by F6 (F6 refers to F6 Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. and/or its related services that may have operating affiliates, hereinafter referred to as "we" or "F6"), including but not limited to the products and services provided by F6 Workshop PC, F6 Workshop APP. In order to explain how F6 Workshop will collect, use and store your personal information and what rights you have, we will explain the relevant matters to you through this policy. This policy will help you understand the following:
- We will explain the types of your personal information we collect and their corresponding purposes one by one, so that you can understand the specific categories of personal information we collect for a specific function, the reasons for use and the collection method.

During your use of F6 Workshop services, F6 Workshop will collect information that you actively provide or that is generated by your use of services in the following ways to provide you with services, optimize our services, and protect the security of your account:
- When you register for the F6 Workshop service, we collect your mobile phone number, to help you complete the registration and protect the security of your account. The mobile phone number is collected to meet the business account initialization function. If you do not provide this information, you may not be able to use our services normally;

In order to ensure the security of the software service and your account, and the quality and efficiency of service operations, we will collect your device MAC address and device ID ;
- Necessary for maintaining the safe and stable operation of the products and/or services provided, such as discovering and handling product and/or service failures;
- When you use the intercommunication function of F6 Workshop with other software or hardware, the providers of other software or hardware can obtain the relevant information that you actively disclose or transmit in F6 Workshop after obtaining your consent. You should fully understand the product functions and information protection policies of other software or hardware before making a choice.
In order to provide you with more convenient and better products and/or services and to improve your experience, we may collect and use your personal information in the following additional services. If you do not provide this information, it will not affect your browsing, searching, and creating work orders of the basic services of F6 Workshop, but you may not be able to enjoy the user experience brought by these additional services. These additional services include:
- Additional functions based on location information:
When you activate the workshop management function, we need you to submit your business license and identity information. We will record your authorized current store location information (exact location information) after obtaining your voluntary consent to verify your true business identity and sign the contract for service activation. This information is sensitive information. Refusing to provide this information will only prevent you from using the workshop management function, but will not affect your normal use of other functions of F6 Workshop.
When you use the search function of F6 Workshop, in order to provide you with more accurate search results, we will display the search results based on your authorized location information after obtaining your voluntary consent. We do not store your location information (exact location information). This information is sensitive information. Refusing to provide this information may prevent you from using the above functions, or fail to achieve the intended effects of the above-mentioned related services based on location information, but will not affect your normal use of other functions of F6 Workshop.
- Additional functions based on camera:
To intelligently identify the photo-taking content and reduce manual input, you can use the photo-taking and Searching functions of F6 Workshop to check the license plate, VIN code, and vehicle model information after turning on the camera. If you refuse to turn on the camera, you can also manually enter the information to find out the parts that are compatible with the vehicle model.
- Additional functions of photo album-based image access and upload:
After enabling photo album permissions, you can use this function to upload information about maintenance, car wash and other construction orders. You can use this function to manage construction order services and workshops.
- Additional functions related to recording audio based on microphone:
After enabling the microphone (voice) permission, you can directly use the microphone to record and send audio to consult and interact with F6 Workshop's customer service. In this function, we will collect the audio content you record to respond to your customer service needs.
- Providing additional services such as reading address books and making phone calls for quotation requests:
After enabling the permissions to read address books and make phone calls, you can make direct phone consultations with the quotation suppliers. We will not record your call information and the phone numbers you call, but only provide the function of connecting to the calls.
- Additional functions based on the clipboard:
After enabling the clipboard permission, you can copy and share information in the following business scenarios: copy H5 links in the activity sharing panel, copy vin codes on the work order details page, and copy order numbers on the order details page. In addition, when you enter text and choose to actively copy and paste related text, we will call your clipboard. We only recognize it locally and will not upload the information on your clipboard to our server.
You understand and agree that the above additional services will ask for your consent in the form of pop-up windows to enable access to location information (geolocation), camera, photo album, microphone (voice), read address book and make phone calls, so as to collect and use the information involved in these permissions. You can view the status of the above permissions item by item in the application permissions in your device settings, and you can decide to turn these permissions on or off at any time. Please note that when you turn on any permission, it means that you authorize us to collect and use relevant personal information to provide you with the corresponding services. Once you turn off any permission, it means that you cancel the authorization. We will no longer continue to collect and use relevant personal information based on the corresponding permission, and we will not be able to provide you with the functions or services corresponding to the permission. However, your decision to turn off the permission will not affect the collection and use of information previously based on your authorization.
- Related to our performance of obligations stipulated by laws and regulations;
- Directly related to national security and national defense security;
- Directly related to public safety, public health, and major public interests;
- Directly related to judicial or administrative law enforcement such as criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgment;

- Necessary for maintaining the safe and stable operation of the products and/or services provided, such as discovering and handling product and/or service failures;

In order for you to receive push notifications, use third-party payments, use map services, and analyze app crash information, our apps will embed software development kits (SDKs) or other similar applications from authorized partners. We use these SDKs through the interface calls provided by the operating system. We will store the user personal information in accordance with laws and regulations. If the storage location of your personal information is transferred to abroad, we will strictly follow the law.
Generally speaking, we will only store your personal information for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of the service, or for the shortest period or clear period required by laws and regulations, such as:
Mobile phone number: If you need to use F6 Workshop, we need to keep your mobile phone number to ensure that you can use the service normally. When you cancel your account, we will delete the corresponding information.
When our products or services cease to operate, we will notify you by push notification, announcement, etc., and delete your personal information or anonymize it within a reasonable period of time (the so-called "anonymization processing" refers to the process of technically processing personal information so that the subject of personal information cannot be identified and the processed information cannot be restored. Information obtained after anonymization of personal information does not belong to personal information).
We strive to protect the security of users' information to prevent loss, improper use, unauthorized access or disclosure of information.
We will use various security measures within a reasonable security level to ensure the security of information. For example, we will use encryption technology (such as SSL), anonymization and other means to protect your personal information.
We strengthen the security capabilities of F6 Workshop through continuously improving technical means to prevent the leakage of your personal information. For example, in order to prevent fraud, account theft, impersonation and other illegal activities and conduct security checks, we may analyze and utilize unique device identifiers, login IP addresses, operation logs, and geographic location information data to facilitate the adoption of security measures or security reminders.
We have established a special management system, process and organization to ensure the security of information. At the same time, we have established relevant internal control systems, adopted the principle of minimum sufficient for staff who may have access to your information, and continuously trained staff on relevant laws and regulations, privacy and security guidelines, and strengthened security awareness. For example, we strictly limit the scope of personnel who can access information, require them to comply with confidentiality obligations, and conduct audits.
We will regularly (at least once a year) conduct personal information security impact assessments when using the automatic decision-making mechanism of the information system, and take effective measures to protect the subject of personal information based on the assessment results, provide you with a channel for appeal against the results of automatic decision-making, and conduct manual review of the results of automatic decision-making.
We will provide the necessary resources for the company's responsible person for personal information protection and the personal information protection work organization to ensure that they can independently perform their duties, such as publishing information on complaints and reports and accepting complaints and reports in a timely manner, maintaining communication with supervision and management departments, and notifying or reporting on personal information protection and incident handling.
If a security incident such as personal information leakage occurs, we will activate the emergency plan to prevent the security incident from expanding and inform you through push notifications, announcements, etc.
We will do our best to protect your personal information. We also ask you to understand that no security measures can be impenetrable.
We may use the information collected through certain functions for our other services. For example, we may use the information we collect when you use one of our functions or services to provide you with specific content in another function or service, including but not limited to displaying advertisements, providing information security tips for content you have read, protecting user rights, etc.
To ensure the security of our services and to help us better understand how our applications are performing, we may record relevant information, such as how often you use the application, crash data, overall usage, performance data, and the source of the application. We do not combine the information we store in the analytics software with any personally identifiable information you provide in the application.
If we use your personal information beyond the purpose stated at the time of collection and the scope that is directly or reasonably related to it, we will inform you again and obtain your express consent before using your personal information.
- Our data sharing will follow the following principles:
1.1 Authorization and consent principle: We will not share your personal information without your consent or authorization, unless the shared personal information is de-identified and the third party cannot re-identify the natural person subject of such information. If the purpose of the third party's use of the information exceeds the scope of the original authorization and consent, they need to obtain your consent again;
1.2 Principle of legality and minimum necessity: The shared data must have a legal purpose and the shared data must be limited to what is necessary to achieve the purpose;
1.3 Principle of security and prudence: We will carefully evaluate the purpose of third parties using shared information, conduct a comprehensive assessment of the security capabilities of these partners, and require them to comply with the cooperation legal agreement.
- We will not share your personal information with any company, organization or individual outside of F6, except in the following circumstances:
2.1 Obtain your explicit consent or authorization in advance;
2.2 Provide information as required by applicable laws and regulations, legal procedures, mandatory administrative or judicial requirements;
2.3 To the extent permitted by laws and regulations, it is necessary to protect the interests, property or safety of F6's affiliates or partners, you or other F6 users or the general public from damage;
2.4 Only by sharing your information can we realize the core functions of our products and/or services or provide the services you need;
2.5 To handle disputes or controversies between you and others upon your request;
2.6 Comply with the relevant agreements signed with you (including online electronic agreements and corresponding platform rules) or other legal documents;
2.7 Use based on academic research;
2.8 Use based on social public interests in accordance with laws and regulations.
- We may share your personal information with our affiliates, but we will only share necessary personal information and subject to the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy. If our affiliates want to change the purpose of processing personal information, they will ask for your authorization and consent again.
- We may share your order information, account information, device information, location information, and user operation behavior information with our partners to ensure the smooth completion of the services provided to you; however, we will only share your personal information for legitimate, legal, necessary, specific, and clear purposes, and will only share personal information necessary to provide services. Our partners have no right to use the shared personal information for any other purpose. Our partners include the following types:
4.1 In order to provide parts procurement services, F6 Workshop has connected with a third party to realize your procurement transactions, delivery and after-sales service needs. The service provider is a third party. We will share the following information with the third party to open an account with your consent: workshop authentication information (business license number, business license name, store name, store address), personal information (mobile phone number, position) . Subsequent use of third-party services can be done without logging in, and the orders, rights and interests are consistent with those seen when logging in to the third-party app. F6 Workshop PC terminal> Basic information> Address book> Resigned employees delete F6 accounts/self-cancel F6 accounts, and the third party will be notified to cancel the account at the same time.
- We will sign strict confidentiality agreements with companies, organizations and individuals with whom we share personal information, requiring them to handle personal information in accordance with our instructions, this Privacy Policy and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures. When using personal sensitive information, we require third parties to use data desensitization and encryption technology to better protect personal sensitive information.
- To companies and organizations with whom we share personal information and to other companies and organizations to comply with the law, enforce or apply our terms of use and other agreements, or to protect the rights, property or safety of F6, you or other F6 customers, such as to prevent illegal activities such as fraud and reduce credit risk. However, this does not include selling, renting, sharing or otherwise disclosing personal information for profit in violation of the commitments made in this Privacy Policy.
We will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization or individual, except in the following circumstances:
- Transfer with explicit consent: We will transfer your personal information to other parties with your explicit consent;
- In the event of a merger, acquisition or bankruptcy liquidation, if personal information is transferred, we will require the new company or organization that holds your personal information to continue to be bound by this Privacy Policy. Otherwise, we will require the company or organization to re-solicit your authorization and consent.
We will only disclose your personal information in the following circumstances:
- Public disclosure with explicit consent: We will publicly disclose your personal information to other parties with your explicit consent;

During your use of F6 Workshop, in order to allow you to more conveniently access, correct, and delete your personal information, and to protect your right to withdraw your consent to the use of personal information and cancel your account, we have provided you with corresponding operation settings in the product design. You can refer to the following guidelines for operation. In addition, we have also set up a complaint reporting channel, and your opinions will be handled in a timely manner.
Please note that there may be differences in the operation settings between different operating systems and different versions of F6 Workshop software; in addition, in order to optimize your experience, we may also adjust the operation settings. Therefore, the following guidelines are for reference only.
Access avatar, user name, and mobile phone number: After entering F6 Workshop, click "Me" and then click the avatar column to query information.
- Modify the avatar: Enter the user information page and click on the avatar to make corrections;
- Modify mobile phone number: Enter the user information page and click on the mobile phone number to make corrections;
- Modify login password: Enter the user information page and click Modify Password to make corrections.
In the following circumstances, you may contact us through the contact information in Section 10 to request the deletion of your personal information:
- If our handling of personal information violates laws and regulations;
- If we collect and use your personal information without your explicit consent;
- If our handling of personal information seriously violates our agreement with you;
- If you actively cancel your account.
If we decide to respond to your deletion request, we will also notify the entities that obtained your personal information from us as much as possible and require them to delete it in a timely manner (unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations, or these entities have independently obtained your authorization).
After you or we assist you in deleting the relevant information, we may not be able to immediately delete the corresponding information from the backup system due to applicable laws and security technology limitations. We will securely store your personal information and limit any further processing of it until the backup can be cleared or anonymized.
You can directly apply to cancel your account in our F6 Workshop product. The cancellation path is as follows:

We will delete your personal information in a timely manner in accordance with the provisions of the "Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China" and relevent laws and regulations of Thailand.
You can view this policy in our F6 Workshop product through "My - User Information (or Settings) - About F6 - Privacy Policy".
We may revise this policy from time to time. When the terms of the guidelines change, we will display the changed guidelines to you via push notifications, pop-ups or other appropriate forms when you log in and update the version.
According to relevant laws and regulations, if you are a minor under the age of 18, you should obtain the written consent of your parents or legal guardians before using F6 Workshop. If you are the guardian of a minor, please contact us through the contact information in Section 10 if you have any questions about the personal information of the minor you are protecting.
Because our services and technologies are constantly updated and optimized to meet the needs of you and other users, we may update our privacy policy to inform you of specific changes when new services and business processes are changed. However, we will not restrict your rights under this policy without your explicit consent. We will publish any changes to this policy on a dedicated page.
For major changes, we will also provide more prominent notifications (including notifications through F6 Workshop announcements or pop-up notifications).
Major changes referred to in this policy include but are not limited to:
- Our service model has undergone significant changes, such as the purpose of processing personal information, the type of personal information processed, and the way personal information is used;
- We have major changes in control rights, etc. For example, changes in information controllers caused by mergers and acquisitions, etc.;
- The main objects of sharing, transfer or public disclosure of personal information have changed;

If you have other complaints, suggestions, or questions about personal information of minors, you can contact us through F6 Workshop customer service. We will review the issues involved as soon as possible and respond within fifteen days after verifying your user identity.
If you are not satisfied with our response, especially if you believe that our processing of personal information has damaged your legitimate rights and interests, you can also seek a solution by filing a lawsuit in a court with jurisdiction over the location of F6.
F6 : refers to F6 Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. and/or its related services that may have operating affiliates, referred to as "we" or "F6".
Unique Device Identifier : refers to a string of characters that is programmed into a device by the device manufacturer and can be used to uniquely identify the device, such as device serial number/IMEI/androidID/IDFA/OPENUDID/GUID and other device-related information.
Service log : refers to the record of your editing and viewing operations and service failure information in F6 Workshop products.
Personal information : any information related to an identified or identifiable natural person recorded electronically or otherwise, excluding information that has been anonymized.
Children : refers to minors under the age of fourteen.
Workshop authentication information : various information related to identified or identifiable business stores recorded electronically or otherwise (business license number, business license name, store name, store address), excluding anonymized information.
Device information : including unique device identifier (device serial number/IMEI/androidID/IDFA/OPENUDID/GUID and other device-related information), application information (APP package name and version number, running status, application crash information, notification bar status, application installation list and other application-related information), device parameters and system information (device type, device model, operating system and hardware-related information), device network environment information (such as IP or domain name connection results, current network type), device sensor information (such as your authorized GPS location information and WLAN access points, Bluetooth and base stations, etc.).
De-identification : refers to the process by which personal information is processed so that it cannot identify a specific natural person without the help of additional information.
Anonymization : refers to the process of technically processing personal information so that the subject of personal information cannot be identified and the processed information cannot be restored. Information obtained after anonymization does not belong to personal information.
